Relationship Building with Deborah Meaden

It was such a delight to be present for a motivational talk by Deborah Meaden recently and to hear that her approach to business is all about the customer journey, interactions and building relationships.  This is so important to me and what I strive to achieve with Renaissance Interiors.

I loved hearing about her passion for the businesses she works with and also taking on board that if we have rigid plans some fantastic opportunities will pass us by.  It was also great to hear that she's still dancing after her amazing experience on Strictly Come Dancing - great all round inspiration!
